Property Management

Property Management includes the following:

- Monthly drive by of home 

- Quarterly interior inspections

- Collection of all rents

- Move in and move out walk-through inspections

- Eviction process

- Repairs

- Handling of all deposits

- Paying your sales tax

- If needed, finding new tenants for your home
